I am a 39 year native of Nuevo Mexico in the USA.  This web site is one of my many part-time hobbies.  I originally got the domain name davidduran.com for email purposes.  I had a number of different pages up here through the last number of years but never really liked them very much.  They were ok but I just didn't have the time to do much with them.  But I am finding that creating web pages is quite enjoyable.  Thank you for taking the time to check out my corner of the web.

Not too long ago I decided to cut my hair.  It wasn't easy since I have had my hair long for over a decade.  Then last month I decided to cut it really short.  Here is a pic of my new 'doo'...

  Me with Puda.  This is Kay's little toy poodle.  We were at a company picnic.  This little dog was indeed a hit with my co-workers.  He is smaller than a cat.

Me with my guitar (one of them.)     I have had this guitar since the 80's.  It is one of my favorites guitars because of it's full, rich tone.  I can't believe my hair was this long just a number of years ago!
